Does anybody actually know anyone with the Swine Flu personally?

Seriously, they've been going on and on about the H1N1 virus for freaking ever now. There has even been some cases here in a mid sized town where I live, but nobody around here seems to actually know who's been effected. SO... is this a gimmick or does anyone actually know someone who's had it?
