If I've been banned from Freecycle can I just make a different email and sign up again?

So here's the story, the moderator for the list in my area is a total you know what and had a personal issue with me so she banned me. I'm wondering if anyone knows if she can tell it's me if I just sign up under my husband's name and create another Yahoo email account? It would still be through the same computer but if she can track me that way I can use my husband's Playstation 3. Please help!
