Hot shoes for fall 08'?

I never wear flats with skinny jeans. I just don't think they flatter the legs as they should. But I'm sure school doesn't allow you to wear heels. I would recommend sandals or skimmers. I'm not too fond of the skimmers myself. Also, Gladiator sandals are all the rage with skinny jeans in London and are really starting to pick up around the US.
