What is this kind of feeling, when you just want to die?

Im using my dad's account right now to answer your question. I'm 15 and believe it or not, i've felt the same, but i'm starting to feel better, and the same can happen to you. I know when you feel like this, there feels like there is no hope and nothing to live for. You feel worthless. Many people may diagnose you as someone with depression, think about this, research it on the web if you must, but most importantly, talk to someone, let it all spill out. I started feeling like you do when my parents divorced and I was very badly bullied at school. I'm in year 11 now and i'm working hard to get some good grades. I didn't know what I wanted to be until recently; I love animals so I want to be a vet, but I will have to work very hard to get there. This has given me something to hope for in the future, this makes me feel like I'm worth something. Try and think about what you would like to be when you're older. I didn't have any friends for about two years until recently when I started talking to this girl. She had no friends either and had ran away from home once. We have started going out shopping together; this is a good way to take a break and relax. If you see anyone alone at school talk to them, it may surprise you how kind and understanding people can be if you just talk to them and be honest. Its hard to do at first, but the more you do this, the more confident you will become. This will help you when you feel upset about the way you look. A lot of people hate certain features of their body, some more than others (including me). Try something new to boost your confidence: go to the hairdressers, if weight worries you take part in some P.E in school. I go horse riding. Don't starve yourself, it is the worst thing to do. It may make you thinner for a while, but it slows down your metabolism which means its easier for you to put on weight and it will damage your skin, hair and nails. Exercise and no snacking is the best bet. A little treat now and then and a healthy balanced meal is good for you. And if your thinking about boys, wait until your a little older because they're very immature at our age! Please, take my advice into account, its hard to change, but once you do you will be more optimistic and a much happier person! Trust me :)
