Is symmetry really what people find most attractive?

im just wondering, because i have a bit of a crooked nose. and my eyebrows are kind of "lopsided" hah. people say other than that im pretty. (i dont think so, i mean i cant take a straight on pic, or i look deformed) so is this symmetry theory thing really true?
