Replacement motherboard ???

You have wasted your money! Just accept it and go buy a new PC (no Celeron processor!). If you want to build your own, search for "bare bones" or "bare bones kits". Get at least a dual core, the fastest you can afford, and a quad if you can afford that. Oh, by the way, try hooking your monitor up to a friends PC to see if it is still good.
