What are foods with the least amount of fat/cal.?

ok, the reason people put on weight does not depend on how many grams of fat there are, it is because of calories in are greater than calories out. Say you drank pure oil or lard (not that it's healthy) and you didn't meet your daily requirements, then you will lose weight, sounds weird huh? If you were to eat salads and fruits and end up going over your calorie limits, you will gain weight. Get it? If you need to take in fat, go ahead, just don't go overboard. Make sure your diet is good, a screwy diet can make you hungry making it easy to go over your limits. You are gaining weight, not fat, made because you are starving yourself. Get a good diet which consists of carbs, fat, and protein!
